We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
Yes, we require a deposit to reserve equipment. The deposit amount varies depending on the equipment you are renting and the length of the rental period but you can usually count on around $50. The deposit will be sent via Venmo to reserve your rental date.
You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. The deposit will be held as collateral until the rental is inspected at pickup and deemed to be in the same condition as when it was dropped off/ picked up. The deposit will then be refunded via Venmo.
The delivery parameters are Bainbridge- Tacoma. Price for delivery increases outside of those parameters. Standard delivery fee is $30.
On our home page click the "Contact Us" button and include the following information:

Event location
Best contact (email and number)
Once you reach out you will receive a follow up response as soon as possible where we'll talk about availability, pricing, and potential bundle discounts.
The total rental amount is due 7 days prior to the event (the total does NOT include your deposit).
We will work with you to possibly reschedule for a different date. If rescheduling isn't possible then a refund or credit for future rental will be distributed. No refund will be offered if you cancel with less than a 48 hour notice of the designated drop off/ pick up time.
